At Heymilestone, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original bags.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to obtain a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
